WonderBuyShop.com guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it. No refunds will be authorized after 14 days.

• Wholesale lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by us is to be returned to us at the customers expense.
  
• We have various shipping companies such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. We always supply a tracking number as soon as we ship your item.
  
• We offer both new and refurbished electronics and items.
  
• All refurbished items have been tested and approved by the manufacturer.
  Also, all refurbished items have a manufacturer 90 day warranty.

New Jersey State Sales Tax (7%) must be applied to sale of all items.

Our business office is located in New Jersey but we have warehouses across the USA in which we keep our products. As soon as your item ships from our warehouses we inform you through email with a tracking number so you will know when your item will arrive.
